Your operation is faster than your software.

First we understand how your business runs. Then we build the software that fits it.

Most growing businesses hit the same wall: spreadsheets, manual handoffs, and off-the-shelf tools that almost fit. We start by understanding how your operation actually runs, then translate that into the right-sized solution — not just an app, but the working system that closes the gap. Built by a team that has run real operations for decades.

01Sound familiar?

You’re not alone.

If any of these describe your business, you’re not stuck.

R/01
Your team is doing the same thing in three places.

Customer data lives in your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Order data lives in QuickBooks. Project data lives in a shared spreadsheet. Somebody on your team is the bridge — and that somebody is expensive, slow, and prone to errors.

R/02
You’ve outgrown the off-the-shelf tools.

QuickBooks, your industry vertical software, your project tracker — none of them quite do the thing your operation actually needs. The workarounds you built are now a second job.

R/03
You’ve tried to fix it before.

You hired developers, an agency, or a freelancer. The result solved the wrong problem, ran over budget, or shipped and then orphaned. You are reluctant to try again.

R/04
You know there’s an AI angle, but not where it actually helps.

You have looked at Artificial Intelligence (AI). Most of what you see is hype. You want a clear answer on where AI moves the needle for your operation — and where it does not.

R/05
The thing slowing you down is a problem you cannot name yet.

You know your operation costs more than it should. You cannot point to exactly where. You need somebody to look at the whole picture before recommending a fix.

What solving it looks like

Real problems. Real software.

Three operational problems we kept running into — and the products we built to fix them. Each one is running today. Yours might look nothing like these; that’s what Discovery is for.

Field-service teams
The problem

Crews lose track of tools, kits, and assets across job sites — and nobody can say what’s where, or who checked it out.

FieldVault

Equipment tracking crews actually use: real-time check-in and check-out, with a full audit trail.

Podcast teams & networks
The problem

Podcast teams juggle assets, transcripts, and deliverables for every episode across a pile of disconnected tools.

MediaLoft

A production-ops platform with a persistent home for each show and a fresh workspace for every episode.

Service businesses
The problem

Service firms run the work in one place and track billable hours, mileage, and expenses in another — so revenue leaks in the gap.

Workridge

Billing-native project management that captures every billable hour, mile, and expense as you work.

02How we work

Every engagement starts
with Discovery.

We do not quote until we have done the diagnosis. Discovery is a structured, two-to-three week deep look at your operation — interviews, process walks, data review, technology audit — that produces a written diagnosis and a proposal: a monthly Subscription or a fixed-price Build. Discovery credits 100 percent against whichever path follows.

Discovery fee$2,313flat · the same for everyone

The one fixed, fair price we publish. It credits 100 percent toward your Build or Subscription, so Discovery is never wasted — if you walk away, you keep the diagnosis and owe nothing more.

What you get from Discovery
01
A written operational diagnosis.

What is broken, where the cost lives, and why.

02
A recommended approach.

What to build, what to buy, what to leave alone.

03
A proposal — Subscription or Build.

Price, timeline, and the model that fits the work.

The right to walk away.

If you do not move forward, the diagnostic is yours to keep.

“If we are not the right fit, the diagnosis is yours to keep.”

How we work

Three moves. One paid Discovery.

Discovery

Diagnose

A paid, two-to-three week deep look at your operation — interviews, process walks, data review. You get a written diagnosis of what is broken and where the cost lives.

02
Proposal

Propose

A right-sized recommendation and a fixed-bid proposal — Subscription or Build. Discovery credits back 100 percent against whichever path you choose.

03
Delivery

Build

We build the right-sized software and hand it over. No orphaned code, no runaway scope — the thing your operation actually needed.

Why trust us with this

New studio. Decades of operations behind it.

Neil Nosakowski, Founder of Next313
Built by operators, not a project mill.

A new studio, backed by operators who are anything but new. Next313 is the software arm of Dignetix® Ltd — the group behind Team Trinet, which has kept mission-critical systems running for businesses for more than twenty-five years with near-zero attrition. Every call on what to build, buy, or leave alone is grounded in decades of running real operations.

We keep client work confidential until they say otherwise, so we do not publish names or invent numbers. Named case studies arrive in the third quarter of 2026. Until then, ask us directly about engagements in your sector and we will walk you through specifics on a call.

Walk away after Discovery and keep the full written diagnosis. No further obligation.
